Biography
I'm a former freelance journalist, food writer and restaurant critic.
The photo you see is of the Stephan Pyles crew plus a few extra rent-a-cook volunteers. I'm the woman behind the flirty Asian man.
The blog is called CULA confidential because I just finished the culinary arts program of a community college in Dallas. The fat flies when an amateur foodie learns to cook.
When not cooking, reading about cooking, or eating, I write about travel, fitness, extreme sports, or really anything but football.
I should add that my favorite food writers are Anthony Bourdain, who is a God of food and Jefferey Steingarten. I subscribe to Vogue magzine to read his column.
